Lily holds a unique expertise in patient care and marketing and serves as our marketing manager. Having worked as a Medical Assistant at one of the best sinus and allergy practices, she understands the patient’s journey like no other. Her knowledge of combining social media to engage and educate patients and her desire to help sinus patients achieve proper diagnosis and treatment is what brought her to work with the team at excelENT. She holds her associates degree in fine arts from Wake Technical Community College, her medical assisting diploma from Auburn University at Montgomery, and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
She is an avid hunter, short-term missionary in Moldova & Ukraine, and hockey fanatic. She loves cheering on the Carolina Hurricanes with her husband.
